We have plenty of FREE parking spaces on the drive and off street. The surgery is on the ground floor with a ramp for disabled and push chair access.

Feed Back & Complaints Procedure
While every effort is made to provide a pleasant and safe experience for you at the clinic, we will always welcome your suggestions for improving our services. Very often, email is the most convenient medium for providing feedback to us although there is a feedback box at the reception.
Our formal complaints procedure starts with your complaint being logged: this can be made either in writing, by phone or emailing it to us. You will then be informed of receipt of the notice and the appropriate manager will reply to you within 2 weeks to keep you updated with the progress of your concern until such time that the matter is resolved.
